This week Dave is sticking with the tried and true, the Friday Night Jamboree at The Floyd Country Store is my pick of the week. This is an event that is not to be missed.

There is so much going on in Floyd this weekend it’s hard to pick one event but here goes:

This Friday, In addition to The Friday Night Jamboree at The Floyd Country Store, Jake Retting will be performing at Buffalo Mountain Brewery and Surrender Dorothy will be on stage at Dogtown Roadhouse. Saturday you don’t want to miss Chance McCoy of Old Crow at Dogtown Roadhouse. Sunday afternoon is the Floyd Christmas Parade taking place in downtown Floyd. With all of this going on my pick of the week is the 25th annual Winterfest taking place at The Floyd Center For The Arts. Have a great weekend and happy holidays.

This Friday The Floyd Country Store celebrates the 35th anniversary of the Friday Night Jamboree.

Sunday November 10th the 2019 Floyd County Veteran’s Day Parade, 2:00 pm in beautiful downtown Floyd.

The Kind’s annual Halloween Masquerade Ball at the Pine Tavern Pavillion. Friday 11/1, 8:00 – 11:00

Morgan Wade and the Stepbrothers at Dogtown Roadhouse Sun Music Hall. 8pm – $10.00.
