Hotel Policies

The Pine Tavern Lodge is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.


In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.


Check-out: 11:00 AM.


Absolutely NO SMOKING inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Guest’s credit cards on file will be charged $100 for violation of the NO SMOKING inside policy.


We have two pet friendly suites and the cottage is pet friendly.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.


Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.


Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.


No pets allowed in the office. If you have booked a pet friendly suite, please be respectful of other guests. Clean up after your pet. Do not leave pets alone for long periods of time. Please CRATE your pet when left alone in the room. All dogs MUST be on a LEASH at all times while on the property.


Guests will be subject to additional charges for violations of the policies of no smoking, no pets in certain suites, and property damage. Credit cards on file will be charged for all policy violations and damages.


Quiet hours are maintained between 11:00PM and 8:00AM


We operate AS GREEN AS POSSIBLE and do not change bed sheets and towels daily. We will change on the third day of your visit. Or upon your request. Please hang your towels.
